Not a fantastic beach but it's a fantastic setting in a very traditional Canarian village of whitewashed stone, colourful painted woodwork, fishing boats strewn along the coast. At the far side of the village is a row of houses built back into the mountain with rooms which are caves.
The beach itself is quite small but a dark golden sand with peaceful views of the coastline.
Getting there you would drive north passing the airport and as the warehouses and distribution centers start you'll see a turning off to the right and a narrow road takes you down to the village and beach. Take e3verything you need with you, no bars, restaurants or supermarkets handy down there.
