The last day and event of the carnival. 

As the carnival comes to an end a sardine is used to symbolize the carnival so to put an end to the carnival for this year there's a fineral procession and burial for the sardine. As well as dressing in regular carnival costume the theme for this evening is dress for a funeral, in black ... mourning.

Suprise, there's another parade! From the old part all the way along to Parque Santa Catlina so all afternoon & evening long.

Of course it's Saturday so afterwards, another big all night street party into the early hours by the "chiringitos".
