Reptilandia is located on the outskirts of Galdar and on the way from Galdar to Agaete. Looks quite small from the outside but we ended up spending a good couple of hours walking around but then we were playing with the monkeys. Why do they have monkeys in a reptile park? There's a nice indoor/tropical section of spiders, snakes and alligators, outside you'll find crocodiles, a dozen different species of monkey, lizards, tortoise, turtles and terrapins. The KOMONO DRAGON here is THE LARGEST lizard in captivity in the world, shipped in from Rotterdam Zoo, June, 1999.
