Puerto Rico commercial center

Hi

Have not been to PR for over 7 years. Used to love the night life at the commercial center at the bottom, the bars and restaurants. looking at booking for next year but on reading the reviews on trip advisor, some people say that its dead there now and most places are closed down. is this true?

Was there in feb this year...very busy indeed.Was hard to find a hotel,which was a surprise.There has been a few bar closures since you where last there.Around where Linekars used to be there are a few closures.BUT..Tropicana is still there and plenty others....the back of the shopping centre is a lot more busier then it used to be in my opinion(been every yr since 1999).
