All kinds of legal problems with this complex means it has been closed down.

The problems have been going on since last year and the complex has been previously closed down and at one point a demand was made by the courts that it be demolished. Another demand insists they also pay a fine of over 9 million euros.

Various illegalities, overbooking, ignoring police and court rulings mean once again the complex is closed down for the moment although it's running at 100% occupancy!

I have seen Vital Suites very often when searching around to book. Looked very nice indeed, but too pricey for me, lol.

Very helpful post for anyone considering it, though would I be right in thinking they will be taking all advertising for bookings away now??? :/

You'd think they would but there was another case with another company here that sold a complex they didn't even have a contract for.

Currently their case is "on-going" and at the moment they are open until the next appeal so it should be OK to make bookings there again now.
