WANTED! 2 bed house/apartment

We are moving to Gran Canaria with our 3 month old baby and our well behaved labrador Alfie. We are looking for a long term rental in the south. Any ideas? We will be arriving on the 10th (by boat with our car). I think I will be working in the Puerto Rico area so therefore need somewhere near there. I have lived in the Canaries before and am not too happy about paying extortionate finders fees but appreciate that we may have to pay some fees. Our budget is €650-€750. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

check with cardenas estate agents as they have alot of rentals, or Stromberg and Cross.
El Valle and La Marina will probably come in your budget area for a 2 bed property.
