Buying in Puerto Rico

Just wondering if anyone had any information on buying an apartment in PR. Is there an estate agents in PR? Any tips on what to do and what not to do?

failing that view property at http://www.cardenas-grancanaria.com/en/index.html but led to believe fees are a lot higher with cardenas julie or sheena would be your best bet.

there is an estate agent by the porto nova apts.
do not know if these are the same as rab has said.
but worth looking in the window at the photos of p.r. in the sixties and seventies.:ohmy:
i was looking at the prices while i was there too.

Horizon and interealty also have properties in PR and Home sweet home.

Home Sweet Home seem pretty good and are starting up a system where if it's for a holiday home, they help rent it out when you're not using it

Armas is by porto novo, Studio Casa opposite to Cardenas. At the back of PR is ROca, as is K2.

All are Ok,most share the properties on their books, Julie at Canary Property is the most helpful of them all. If she dont know, she will find out for you....
