Hey all.
This might be geared at the locals but input from all is appreciated.
Does anyone know is there anywhere in Puerto Rico I could arrange to do tandem parasending.
I want to go parasending/parasailing with my fiancee again when we are over in September but she doesnt want to do it on her own. I've gone before and it was great fun and I'm sure I could get some great pics.
Hope ye can help.
Cheers,

hi al
if its a tandem parajump you can do one in maspalomas here is the link and it will be a bit warmer at 15000ft in gc. than up here in scotland where i jump from http://www.dropzone.com/dropzone/Detailed/56.shtml
as mary once said in a quip there are probably flyers or brochures on the go in most apts etc.
or is it the boat and paragliding type you are talking about from pr. if so there are flyers down by the marina for that but cant say if i have seen them doing tandem on that type of parascending
have fun

A Rab seriously I don't like flying I'm hardly gonna go up in a plane to just jump out of it. That would be mental. (never know though).
Thanks for tip though.
What im looking for is the parachute being dragged behind the boat senario.
Answers on a postcard please.

Ive done it and i would highly recommend it. Done it twice from the same place down on the marina, both times in a tandem with my fella and he is terrified of heights yet he loved it.
it is deffo an experience and when we come back over this year we'll be doing it again. The people are very friendly and the equipment is all in good condition. They take pics of you going up and coming down that you can buy after your ride or you can buy a disc with them all on plus about 50 shots from around gran canaria, which is what we bought and its well worth the money.
Cant recommend this activity enough, its a great experience.

Do you think I could take a camera up with me if I have it strapped to my wrist or is it likely to get wet during asent/descent?
Also does anyone know do you land back in a boat/water or on a raft type thing? I went before from a beach and from a raft type thing in middle of ocean.
