Nooooo!!!!
Apparently the Aqua Cannis is closed in May for refurbishment. I've had my holiday booked for that time for a year. Gutted. Just got the letter yesterday. Is this true, or am I a victim of politics.
Ah well, if anyone could let me know the facts in this matter, would really like to know.

May is indeed the shutdown/ refurb period for many complexes, but there are plenty of others available, although I know you like going to the Aguacanis it's not the end of the world. After all who's gonna compere the Forum bash if you don't show up !!!!!!!!

keep us posted they did not close last year when you were over so why this time. why not try owen for the suites 64 euro per room a night if he has any left

surely they cant just cancel. They have to offer an alternative. Did you go through an agent or did you do it yourself. Have you lost any money

We booked through First choice on line. The good news is we've just found out that they have relocated us to the Marina suites, so all is back on track thank god, Panic over.
Thanks for all your help anyway, Oh and are you ready for this Rab, Shortie and Jules lowering the tone of the Suites. lol.

could be a very good move due to the building work that is going on just behind the aqua canis.:grin:
could hear the builders from there up at the guanabara park in february.
with the big crane moving all day.
