Hi we are looking for accomodation can anybody tell us what a Duplex is ? thanks

Hi we have duplex apartments in our timeshare in lanzarote they are upstair downstairs with lounge upstairs leading onto private balcony.:grin:

Duplex are usually a 2 storey building in a row joined together, unifamiliar are the same. casa terrera is a house on its own land, no houses connected. Bungalow is usually a house in a tourist zone and not necceesarily a one storey house. Apartement or piso - a flat.

There are always exceptions, things aren't quite so cut and dried as they are in the UK
