monthly bills

Hi all! We're now planning moving over to Lanzarote in June :-) Was just wondering if anybody can tell us what the average monthly bills are as we're am looking at property with and without bills. We'll hopefully be letting a 2 bed apartment/house, 2 adults 2 kids. Muchas gracias, Mike & Caroline

Well i own a 1 bedroom in Gran Canaria in a "tourist area"(which makes a difference to the price of electricity and water) The bills normally arrive once every 2 months and my electricity bill is 35 to 50 euros (i have a lot of gadgets!) my water bill is from 18 euros to 22 euros.
Remember once again that the costs that i have mentioned above are for "2 months" in a 1 bedroom on my own.

hi there we moved from a 5 bedroom house to a 3 bedroom villa in costa teguise and the bills are roughly half - bills out here are every 2 months and the totals are like what we were paying each month in the uk - hope this helps. By the way none of like outing lights or anything.
