hi people i have been looking at a studio appartment for sale on the cardinas estate agents web site it looks a nice appartments with a big balcony , i have a rough idea by the pictures they show where it is but does anyone know what other appartments are next door , and also when buying an appartment does it all go smoothly anddo you have to arrange your own solicitor or would the estate agents arrange it for you , also do the appartments prices go up much just say if i did buy one say in a couple of years time would they have gone up much or stayed the same any imfo please
