My idea of the visitors message system (and after all, it's my idea that counts :wink: is to leave informative comments about a visitor that perhaps that visitor would like everyone to read or to share conversations that may be beneficial to other people.
If you want to leave someone a message that does is not described by the above, we should be using the PM system.
Treat the visitors messages as sort of a guest book. To say thanks for someone's help, share expericences maybe if you stayed in the same accommodation as they did here in the Canary Islands, ask for some advise about something they may know about here ......
Use the PM system for asking any other kind of questions or sending any other kind of remarks or comments.
There seems to be a grey area there but on the other hand, people are asking me specific questions that only apply to them on my visitors board.
