geranios suites costa caleta

Hi:) Any chance anyone on here knows anything about the geranios suites?We've booked to go 8th.March,info on it looked good,also what clinched it for us was its 5*.However beginning to get a bit worried now as although I've been told by others who have seen it that it looks in a lovely position there were very few guests. This was back last summer when it was just about empty(it had only just opened)Now it would appear that NO-One has been there lately its a little bit worrying!!:blush: Don't mind about hotel entertainment or food(we're s.c.) but would like decent room,with SOME staff around and the facilities as advertised!! Don't want to go and have to spend a couple of days trying to get alterntive as we're only going for a weeks break.Please let me know ANY info you have on it.Cheers,Carol

we spent a week in the elba sara hotel in december i walked a few times along the front to town and as you pass the sheraton and go over the wasteland you come to the geranios on the other side. have to say it is on a fantastic location but!!! it looked deserted every day i passed bar a few workers going about their duties. and all the units on the beach side were empty it looked lovely though and there are bungalows incorporated in to it the entrance was away up the other end from the beach so maybe that is why it looked deserted but the sheraton 5* is due to open soon so big competition for it.

hi what did you think of geranios as we are thinking of going there in oct? we have 2 young girls with buggies and need good facilities as one is a baby so need good kitchen for her stuff. recommend or not?
