Good restaurants and Clubs

Can anyone recommend any good restaurants and nightclubs in Las Palmas, preferably with the cost and what is on the menu, also any special shops.

If its other peoples recommendations then you aren't exactly "writing" the guide are you? You're just collating other peoples information. How are you going to verify its accuracy?
