Could you tell me how much it cost to go to mount teide, and are you better to book through the holiday rep or can you tell me the best way to get to moutn teide

Anyone visiting Tenerife should try and visit both. Loro Parque is fantastic and family friendly. We didn't find it too expensive and there's plenty to see and do. Try not to go when it's too hot if you have very young children as they may not enjoy it so much.

Our visit to Mount Teidi took us through the four seasons but I must admit to getting car sick going up the mountin from Los Gigantes. The scenary is stunning, from lush woodland to barren volcanic land down to sandy beaches.

For those on GC go to the beach at Amadores, look to the right and on a clear day and you can see Mount Teidi and Tenerife. It used to be Big Tony's favorite spot when the Tattoo bar was open!
