You could also try Rimini's beside the Corona Blanca and also Maximillians across the road from the Irish centre. Both of these were really nice.

El Gaucho does good grub, its the best i had in PDI and i went to a lot of places. Cant remember if its behind the Metro or Kasba centres but its beside the Koka Apartments. I wouldnt advise to eat in the chineses as i found they were disgusting, maybe i just went to bad ones!!:sadguy:

theres a great restaurant in the Yumbo - called Thailandia that does chinese, indonesian and thai food - you could try that, depends on how authentic you want your chinese - mind you, how "authentic" is any chinese !!! - but the food there is great. Down the stairs on the corner !

We tried 2 different chineses and they were both bad.
There might be some good ones there but after goin to 2 bad ones, we thought we'd just stay clear of them!!

thanks for the advice, we'll think about trying that tai/chinese one. Chinese meals are never the same when your away, but i know what it's like to have a bad one, we had one in Cyprus last year and we walked out after eating our starter as it was that bad.

My son was in Puerto Rico recently and found the Chinese downstairs in the Europa very good (No, not the all you can eat one for €4.99) Went there on 3 occasions, was very pleased every time
