living in GC

OK i have been to GC quite a few times and would love to live there but have no idea where to start so have a few ?? ide like to ask ..

first the only job my hubby can do is security is there jobs like that in GC ?

if we where to rent there and hubby lost a job how would we get on ??

leave it at that for the mo ...

If you mean security in connection with a hotel - then maybe but i would imagine that those sort of jobs are more for the spanish people. As a bouncer or something-the same applies. Come on holidaya nd talk to people here.
Renting here is fine but there are no systems like social security really if you had no job and no income

myself and hubby are moving over there on the 27th august we found a great place to rent in playa de cura through cardenas real estate. like mary said come over for a hol and talk to people weve been there for the last 5yrs 3times a year got to know people were jobs have been offered. take your time and think about it its a big step make sure its what you want and im sure everything will be fine
