Info on leasing a bar

Just a thought iv had after a converaation i had the other nite wit few people, there is a bar going in PDI, the lease is fairly good on it!!! How would i go about getting a license etc etc and what else would i need to know? I know about the suppliers and stock etc etc

Ask the current owners and they'll help you on the opening licence etc. Remember, you'll have to pay off the lease as well as cover the rent each month

Running a business here is nothing like running one in the UK, and bars are a lot harder. There is so much paperwork to get and if your spanish is not great then this will be very difficult, I would consider very carefully before investing money in a bar here no matter how good you are told it is.

Its just an idea iv had, and have checked on financing!!!! Well, its a builder owns it at the mo and is just finished renovating and i think is just looking for rental a month!!!! SO that would still leave the licensing part of it
