We used to go every Easter, but have to be honest and say the wind was quite strong a lot of the time - probably why it is so popular for windsurfers. That was the main reason we prefer Gran Canaria, in particular round the Puerto Rico area where it is more sheltered from the prevailing wind.
Even so, still a nice laid back place to be.

Your winter legs will get a glow stevie boy. Been in February for two weeks and it was very hot and very windy. Was in PDC for xmas and

Have been speaking to someone today who has been in teh canaries recently and there has been a lot of bad weather , hopefully March will be OK , BUT ITS A MONTH OFF AND A LOT CAN HAPPEN IN THAT MONTH

sorry if that sounds harsh but every year the weather changes so cant say this year will be the same as last year , OK yep it is hot normally bit best asking a week before you are due to go as IMHO

Overall, it should be very good. Was in Puerto Rico in the 3rd week of March last year....almost constant sunshine, with the odd cloud rolling in....humidity very low. Bring your factor 40

The Sun is out in old blighty, a beautiful fresh spring morning really, but I can feel the draw of the Spanish sun warming my bones.
