You can get a white cab from outside the airport(throu the revolving doors ) to Costa Caleta which is only a few minutes away for around €10

Also teh Number 3 bus runs from Puerto del Rosario to Costa Caleta and goes via teh airport its €1.20 for teh whole trip so will eb cheaper for the one you want
