Child Freindly bars

Hi Folks,

Iv'e been to Tenerife plenty of time's and always staying in the Cristianos/Las Americas area but i haven't been for a few years, after settling down and having a couple of kids, so i'm wanting a bit of advice as to where they are some good child friendly bars/pubs which have nightly entertainment as i know things can change pretty quickly in Tenerife we are down there on the 10th March, so all replies will be welcomed.

I should'nt worry you'll be out of Britain with it's archaic laws, you'll find that your kids will be welcome in most locations and alongside you too. They won't be pushed out into some rickity rackity leant-to built on the back of the pub with out of date gaming machines to play on !!!!!!
Family room, children welcome, ha ha ha ha etc etc !!!!!!!

have visited tenerife quite a few times in the last few years and children are welcome in most of the bars i have been to.
torvicas and puerto colon area has plenty of family pubs.

hiya!!
ive been about 4 times n always go to the same bars in the torviscas area its always snoopys the dj/ compere there is fab!!! n seems to lurve kiddies!!!!
n in the los cristianos end there is a bar called georges bar!!! n the compere called liam is fantastic with the kids!!! his karaoke is great!!! i would reccomend both of these bars to anyone with kids!!!
chicago's is great for food but v.v.v.v. slow!!!! but....... it is well worth the wait!!

all the above could now have changed due to the smoking laws in the canaries.
in february noticed that children were not allowed in some bars that allowed smoking.
i think children are now banned from all smoking bars under the law.

the one good thing is most of the pubs have open terraces!!!! especially georges bar!! so u can drink on the terrace and have fun!!!:boozy: so the smoking wont be an issue!!! they dont close their doors after 10 like most bars they just keep their music down!!!! but still having fun!!!
