Thanks very much, we usually stay at the Palmeramar down the hill booked independently but couldn't get cheap flights for Sept so have booked via tour operator at 315.00 for a week so not too bad. i'm one of these people who like everything booked early so I know where I'm going.

i agree we stayed here in 04 for a week and found it fine. Pool nice, apartments spotless and fantastic views from balcony. Also use of riosols facilities make it even better. I would stay here again.

i stayed here in 2004, had a great time.
Apartments clean and tidy as was pool area. The best thing about these apartments is the location, its literally less than 200m to the Europa Centre which is full of bars and restaurants.
The balconies are a nice size with patio furniture, and the views over Puerto Rico are beautiful.
Another great bonus is you get to use the many swimming pools of the hotel next door, the Riosol. They have 3 big pools, one of which used to have a waterfall in it. Lovely hotel with nice pool bar and plenty of sunbeds and again, about 50m away.
I would stay at Monte Paraiso again definitely.
Have a great time!!!

yep, stayed here year before last, found them to be great little apartments. Excellent location, right ovcer the road from the Europa Centre, literally not even a minutes walk.
good size balconies and if i remember rightly they all have a sea view but not 100%. Nice clean pool, plenty of sunloungers, plus you get to use all of Riosol's pools which is the complex next door, it has 3 pools, bar and shop which is a bonus.
very clean apartments, i'd stay here again.
Have fun!

My Mum was there a couple of weeks ago. Clean and basic was how she described them. Pool was deserted all the time so had it to themselves. Lots of steps in the apartment though and they were placed in a room miles from reception even though the complex was empty. I'd have asked to be moved however she chose to put up with it then moan about it instead! As Loz says you can also use the Riosol next door which has 2 lovely pools and evening entertainment.

hi a few pics here of the apts and a greal location for the europa although a lot of steps there are a few elevators so no problem.
a lot of the apts here are privately owned and it was very quiet and peaceful when I viewed them in May 2006 http://www.rab.c.fotopic.net/c968612.html monte paraiso apts
