Nightlife in PDI

Me and the girlfriend are heading out on 02/10 for 1 week, have been reading about different centers i.e irish center, english center are they all together in the same area? is there no scottish center?:confused:

any recommendations would be much appreciated.

There is no Scottish centre but there are several Scottish bars. Irish centre is a 10 min walk from the Kasbah. Click on Gran Canaria at the head of this page to access the home pages. Here you'll find a brief description of all the main centres!!!!

Youre really lucky going out to GC! Ive not long got back and loved every minute. I went with sister and niece. We dont really do the big clubs but love the little bars with entertainment. We went to the Kasbah centre, Plaza Commercial. The entertainment from Jimmy G in Molly Malones is great. What a laugh we had every night. Try it. There are people from all over the world in there and everyone is so friendly. all depends what your looking for. Mollys closes at 2am so from there we took a two minute walk to the Kasbah Centre (past the KEBAP, you have to try), into the Irish Tavern. Not all together but a nice leisurely holiday stroll between them, some closer than others but none of them far away from the previous one.

Me and my girlfriend are heading out for a week on the 2nd October to, seems like forever for it to finally come around. This time on Monday we should hopefully have just taken to the air.

You'll be fine, easy place to get your bearings. Many maps available online as well if you need a helping hand. Thing I like about Playa is that the main centers are lit up as you'd expect but when walking between them you'd think you were miles away from nightlife as its so different then all of a sudden you stumble across another center.

Have a great time, who knows, I may be having a drink right next to you lol.

Aye, where abouts are you from? you go clubbing when your out there? or just go around the bars?

From Chesterfield. Flying from Doncaster Robin Hood Airport at 12.30 Monday lunchtime. To be honest I just play it by ear, get out there, chill out, have a few drinks and see where I end up, maybe clubbing or maybe a boozer til 4am. How about you?
