New Rangers bar in PR

I heard from a friend there was a new Rangers bar opened in PR, more of a fun pub i think, cant remember name, anyone got any info on it. Going out in sept for 1 week, would like to try it.

Thanx Big Craig, Rumours was the one, heard it was really busy during July with lots of things going on, i.e. karaoke quiz nights etc, will give it a try in 3 weeks time when we go back out.

It's one of the good bars there , in euro alley, .....lots of laughs, quizzes on the go. Rumours, Venue and Buddies are well worth a few visits.
They open in the afternoon for a quiet drink too, game of pool and usually a lady in then, it's great for a leisurely afternoon chat and drink.
If you've been coming to Puerto Rico for years, you might remember Rumours was Lennon's Bar, the great Norman started the bar and was a real character, sadly missed.
But Sandy and family, the next owners,and now the new ones( Great Scots!) have made sure the bar always stayed the same good entertainment place, with good prices.. and football..... great penalty Naismith... and if it wisnae fur oor baby Kris..... youse widnae hae scored!!lol lol lol!!!( sorry, off thread Know had to get that in somewhere eventually!)
PS....CRAIG.... I will admit now...and I'm not ashamed that I will never even try to keep up wi the bigboys.....given it up now, I'm here every week!!! Gets to your brain eventually!!..... however... I'm sure Peter will be more than able and qualified to join your gang!!! hehehehe!!!

ignore the sheep angie lol.well having just spent 2 weeks in rumours can honestly say its a great pub.john and liz and theyre staff make you feel really welcome.when your going over buy a cpl of bottles of morgans spiced rum.he will pay you the money and prob get you rather drunk!sat night sun morning he locked the doors and let us sit watch the boxing.never left till after 7 in the morn.plus its tennants lager and at decent prices.not like another well known gers bar who are only intrested in fleecing bears for all they can get!oh aberdeen theres a scottish bar round the corner called the clansman also very cheap prices.:boozy:

Will def give rumours a visit when we go out on Sat. Will miss Old Firm game as we will be travelling to airport at the time, but will catch the euro return leg against Molde.

Will miss Old Firm game as we will be travelling to airport at the time, but will catch the euro return leg against Molde. the first week was really warm but if you sit at the bar near the door your under the air conditioner.forgot to say if your flying from glasgow you can buy 2 bottles of morgans for 15 pounds.also check out the baa site and print of the vouchers.we spent over a hundred and got 15pound of.have a great time and dont forget to tell them i was asking for them.

The Clansman, run by 'Big Ritchie' from Ayr and his wife who's originally from Troon. More commonly known as Tiffany's 2, as all of the regulars from Tiffany's move up to The Clansman when the music comes on in Tiff's about 9-9:30pm.

I'm ging out on 2nd Oct & would love to check it out its right at the back of the cc 3rd floor just round the corner from funnyboyz.if you go out pick up some morgans spice from the airport and take it in.they will pay you for it and no doubt buy you a pint.please check them out when there because im sure you will love it.better prices and atmosphere from the other gers bar.and you are not served by robots.simply cant see by this wee bar and im sure any bears who have been in over the summer will back me up.enjoy your hols mstar we are the people;)

5 more sleeps!!:D hi donna its a great wee friendly bar.they take time to chat to you unlike the robots in the highlander.yes if you take a cpl of bottles of morgans they will square you up for them.have fun.oh and they have every gers game on as well so no need to stand outside the highlander to try and see it.:D
