Hi

Cheapest place is Elite in the Commertial Centre, its on the left hand side, but back from the front row of shops not deep into the crentre. About under Covent Garden I think. Or I use a shop that has a liquidation sign up next to BBVA bank ( the liquidation sign is over a year old) they are cheap. If in Vecendario I go to Carefour which is the cheapest.

the customs men are very keen on this at the moment.

hi there
just back from p rico last week.cigs are generally far cheaper than here around 18euros for 200 benson.,etc.we went round most shops to compare prices but only 1euro in difference . flew back into dublin on late flight , i took 7 boxes home.only allowed 200 but took the chance -was lucky no customs on so got them through.but if your caught you get every box taken even the ones your allowed and your name put on record this has happened 4 of my in laws who had over 300 euros of them bought and all took of them.
