hip hop?

are there any clubs with this kind of music? i'm goin to playa del ingles this saturday and would like to know if there is anything like this. i think there was a place called brown sugar a few years ago, does it still exist?

i know the place your on about but i havent been in there for the last 3 years and havent heard anyone talking about it or promoting it so i guess not! Many places play rnb with hip hop thrown in however it does tend to be more commercialised stuff. try chinawhites and rogers/temple, they do rnb and hip hop and ask around in those bars when you get there and see if they can recommend anywhere.

you should do annie they are in the kasbah centre. remember where brown sugar was in the centre if you came down thos steps and walk forward you end up at front of centre if you then turn righ and go round the corner at the top of the stairs is rogers/temple bar. for chinawhites come out of rogers and down the stairs turn right and carry on and the info peopl will show you where chinawhites is. in between there is beckhams bar this is mainly open on a fri and sat and also plays rnb so might be worth a visit.

i've been to brown sugar about 5 or 6 years ago if i'm not wrong... i'm very bad when it comes to orientation in time. but i'm sure i'll find these places! i'm goin on holidays with my friend and our parents so the two of us are planing to have a lot of fun. i prefer hip hop, she likes house music, but we'll visit all the good places no matter which music they play ;)

aww annie, im so glad you did, they are really good places, but then im biased cos all my friends work in both those bars!!! did you try anywhere else?

hehe... first night we went to chinawhites and spent the whole night there. all the other nighst our route was: temple, china, chic... :) though in chic we didn't stay long because it was boring there... but the other two places were GREAT so we didn't go anywhere else, except to rooney's for a beer :D

you sound so like us depending on the time of year our usual route is big bens, bettuwe, temple bar/rogers, chinawhites, back to rogers, hippodrome and finally chinawhites!!! might sound boring to some but we love it! going to try some diff places this time but we will still stick to the old faithfuls, so glad you loved the places i recommend especially as my mates works there at least i know they are doing a good job!

i don't know who are your mates but yeah i can say that all the people there are doing a good job because they are all friendly and outgoing, atleast all of them that we had the chance to get in the contact with.

well my friend is the manager of temple bar so i know all the bar staff in there and rogers except the girls behind the bar who i dont really know!!!
